March 20, 1995 11 years ago is a day of Tokyo subway sarin gas incident.
I was a healthy person then, and was working as System Engineer(SE) in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

Today is a windy cold day.

Let's introduce my schedule.
I'm keeping early hours.
Shortly after becoming around 10:00 night, since I'm sleepy, I can sleep.
In order to make sleep as deep as possible, I use melatonin in many cases.
Although melatonin is ordinarily sold at the United States in the pharmacy, it is not sold in Japan for un-recognizing.
Therefore, substitute import is carried out.
While I'm sleeping, I awake many times for a pain.
I will awake at 4:00 several times per week, and I cannot sleep any more because of a pain.
Daytime and such a day's body feel tired and I lie down and rest.
If I rest in the daytime, in order to waste time, I'll feel self-hate.
Even if sleepy in the daytime, a trial-and-error method is applied so that I may not sleep, but since my head does not work, finally I rest.
If I get up, I study as much as possible during daytime.
From evening, I have managed the schedule regular every day.
I eat dinner.
I go to a toilet.
When I was healthy, I got up in the morning and it went to the toilet, but the time of the toilet became in the evening which has a margin in time at the present for which my mother's care is needed.
Since I cannot excrete by myself (because of my paralysis), I take out excrement with my finger.
Although bleeding is severe, in order to excrete, there is no method.
Therefore, I become dirty.
After I go to a toilet, I have to take a bath.
If I finish bathing, I wipe the body immediately and am kept from catching cold.
And I have my slight time.
And I go to sleep.
This is my schedule on the present.

I cannot escape from this problem.

My acute pain will become severe if the root of both the my legs gets cold (i.e., if winter comes).
If a pain becomes strong, my consciousness have concentrate on a place with acute pain.
The quantity of a medicinal drug (OXYCONTIN) and an antiepileptic drug (Rivotril) is increasing every year.
Because of the side effects of this medicine, my dizziness has come to be severe.
I have a handicap of all the lower-half-of-the-body paralysises.
Therefore, if dizziness becomes severe, feeling is lost and I fall off a wheelchair.
Moreover, dizziness occurs also from a mental shock.
I cannot escape from this problem.
Although I'm very bitter.

I have closed this Blog once.
Because I did the attempted suicide.
I have taken to the one woman through a net chat.
Since an obstacle was held, there was also acute pain and work did not often become, either, I had already given up even love.

I have thought all the time that spirit became weak since I was sick and acute pain.
By this unrequited love, I have realized that my spirit was weak originally,
